WORLD PREMIERE OF INNOVATIVE ART REPRODUCTION
AT DESERT CABALLEROS WESTERN MUSEUM

(Wickenburg, AZ: January 11, 2002)   When LookClickPrint, Inc. makes its debut on February 2nd at Wickenburg's Desert Caballeros Western Museum, art lovers around the world will have cause for celebration.  Thanks to the giant strides made in digital printing coupled with innovative software, patrons of the museum can now enjoy incredibly realistic reproductions for a nominal price.

Say a museum patron wants a reproduction of "The Cowboy's Dream"?, the focal point of the museum's retrospective "The Mythic Life and Art of Lon Megargee" exhibit.  They simply step into the LookClickPrint kiosk, and press the computer screen to bring up the database.  Look for "The Cowboy's Dream" image. Click on it. Then they choose from six sizes, ranging from 11" x 14" to 30" x 40".  Specify paper or canvas.  Charge the cost, from $80 to $800, to a credit card. The purchasing information is sent via a private network to the appropriate printing facility. The artwork is reproduced according to the specifications described above. Voila! Three to four weeks later, "The Cowboy's Dream" arrives at the doorstep.

Should a museum patron decide that they want a copy of "The Cowboy's Dream" after seeing the Megargee show, the LookClickPrint system offers other ways of ordering.  By bringing up the museum website or the LookClickPrint website and following the same procedure, the made-to-order print will be on its way.

"The way this system captures brushstrokes and other texture is absolutely amazing; it looks like Megargee's brush has just left the canvas of 'The Cowboy's Dream' " says Michael Ettema, Director of the Desert Caballeros Western Museum. "We're very proud to be the first showcase for this remarkable system." The LookClickPrint kiosk will remain on site for three years, allowing patrons to add superlative, custom-made reproductions drawn from the museum to their art collections.

Based in Los Lunas (south of Albuquerque), New Mexico, LookClickPrint, Inc. is the creation of Ricardo Ximenes and Lee Watson"This technological breakthrough has been made possible by new inks and new papers as well as the increased speed and refinement of digital printing," stresses CEO and co-owner Ximenes.

This master printer can point to 20 years of representing and printing etchings of such important artists as Scott Momaday, Amado Pena, John Nieto, and Tony Abeyta. Co-founder Watson, an art dealer for galleries and collectors, directs the museum acquisitions department, while Ken Levandoski, an innovative web designer, functions as chief technology officer. Macro-economics expert John Shilling of Washington, D.C., a retired senior official of the World Bank, and supply chain and operations senior executive Jim Booth of San Jose, California, have also joined the company as members of the board.

LookClickPrint, Inc. will be adding additional museums throughout the United States-- such as the Jonson Gallery, the University of New Mexico Fine Arts Museum, the Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, and the Meteorite Museum -- to its roster within the next few weeks.

"Other applications of the system involve interior designers and architects; imagine what an invaluable tool it will be to these professionals," points out Ximenes.  "Plus the company has some exciting plans for the future; for instance, creating bound and personalized books of an individual's favorite artwork; ranging from paintings and sculpture to rugs and pottery to architectural designs."
